Shanta Moore has 8 years of experience in Leadership and Small Business development; specializing in team building and growth for non-profits, and ministries. She has helped develop future talent for over 75 team members in her career. As the owner of Santa's Maid Service, a company she started at only 23 years old, she continued to develop her expertise in business, leadership, and human resources.

She has the gift to take your vision and expand it . Her goal is to provide and facilitate leadership development trainings and conferences, business programs, and various seminars. She provides high quality individual instruction to business owners, managers, and ministry leaders, while assisting and equipping new and current staff through training that ensures they are supporting the mission and values of their organization. Her recruitment and employee relations skills help create a strong employee base, along with volunteer program creation and management.

Shanta holds a Masters Degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and Bachelors Degree in Psychology from CSU San Bernardino.

Sherran Moore has 10 years of experience in Real Estate Management; specializing in Non-profit and For-profit organizations working with bond, tax credit, section 8, student housing, and various classes of properties and single family homes. She has managed the operations of over 700 homes in her career.

Her goal is to advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages along with notary public and loan signing services. She provides recommendations for all business, financial, and management aspects of your properties, including preparing, implementing and adhering to the approved strategic plans and budgets, while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with residents, investors, owners, and vendors.

Sherran is a licensed and bonded Notary Public and Loan Signing specialist. She holds her California Certified Residential Manager certification. She is a certified financing specialist and CA BRE license real estate agent.
